AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between you ("Affiliate") and Code From Future Inc. ("Company") regarding your participation in our Affiliate Program. By selecting "Yes" to the options above you are confirming your participation in the program, and you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Program Overview

This Affiliate Program applies exclusively to Web Design Services offered by Code From Future. No other services are covered under this agreement unless explicitly stated by the Company.

2. Affiliate ID

Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate ID. This ID will be visible on various sections of our website when duly logged in.

3. Commission Structure

As an Affiliate, you will receive a commission of $100 USD for each successful sale of "Web Design Services" made through your referral. This commission is paid only when the referred customer completes a purchase and the payment is verified.

4. Payment of Commission

• Commissions will be credited to the Affiliate within approximately 5 business days after the referred customer's payment has been successfully cleared and confirmed by the Company. (Sometimes some banks may take longer).
• Payments will be made using the payment method selected by the Affiliate during the signup process.
• Please note that some platforms, such as PayPal or Venmo, charge you a fee for the transaction, and you will not receive 100%

5. Referral Process

For the Affiliate to be eligible for commission, the referred customer must enter the correct Affiliate ID at the time of purchase in the designated field. Failure to do so may result in the Affiliate not being credited for the sale.

6. Conditions for Invalidating Commission

• Failed Payment: If the referred customer's payment is declined, reversed, or fails to clear during the payment verification process.
• Incorrect or Missing Affiliate ID: If the referred customer enters an incorrect Affiliate ID, or fails to enter the Affiliate ID during checkout.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or unethical behavior detected in the referral process, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of any commissions earned.

7. Program Modifications

Code From Future Inc., reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or any part of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

8. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be entitled to any commissions for sales made after the termination date.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where Code From Future Inc., is incorporated.
